Find the management IP

Use the library’s front operator panel to view the configured management IP. The source highlights Info → Network:

The example shows 0.0.0.0; this is not a usable browser destination. Obtain the actual configured address before connecting.

Sign in and identify the drive

Browse to the library management IP and sign in to the Remote Management Interface (RMI). Open Identity → Drive to identify the installed drive. Also confirm its physical host interface, such as FC or SAS, for the support case.

Download the requested support tickets

The original article stops at drive identification. HPE’s linked support-ticket procedure supplies the collection step: open Support → Support Ticket and download the library controller ticket and the requested drive’s ticket. Menu labels depend on firmware.
