Applicable Models
- Huawei FusionServer RH2288H V3 / V5
- Huawei FusionServer RH1288 V3
- xFusion 2288H V6 / V7
- Other RH series models equipped with iBMC
Collection Steps
1. Log in to the iBMC Management Interface
Open a browser and enter the IP address of the server's iBMC management port (e.g., https://192.168.1.100) using an administrator account to log in.
Account
Use the administrator credentials configured for your server. The source guide lists
Administrator/Admin@9000as legacy defaults; defaults and initial-password requirements vary by model and firmware.
2. Navigate to the Diagnostic Data Download Page
After logging in, navigate via the following path:
Diagnosis → One-Click Data Collection
Menu names vary by iBMC version; the source shows the following English path:
Diagnosis → One-Click Data Collection
3. Collect and Download the Dump Log Package
- Click "Start Collection" button
- Wait for collection to complete (typically takes 1-3 minutes)
- After collection completes, click "Download" button
The browser will download a compressed package in .zip format.
Collection Duration
One-click collection takes 1-3 minutes. Do not refresh the page or close the browser during collection.
4. Verify Filename Format
After downloading, confirm the filename format resembles:
huawei_SN_Date_Time.zip
or
xfusion_SN_Date_Time.zip
For example: huawei_2102311ABCDE_20250305_143022.zip
Filename is Critical
Keep the downloaded filename, including its
huawei_orxfusion_prefix, when uploading the archive.
5. Upload to ITCheck.ai
Log in to the ITCheck.ai platform, enter the Log Console, and upload the downloaded .zip file. The system will automatically recognize it as a Huawei RH series dump log and begin analysis.
Common Issues
The One-Click Collection button is grayed out?
This may be because another collection task is currently running, or your account lacks sufficient permissions. Please log in using the Administrator account, or wait for other tasks to complete.
No download button appears after collection is complete?
Some older iBMC versions require finding the generated file on the Diagnostic File Management page. Look for Diagnostic Files in the navigation menu.
