IBM Storwize / FlashSystem / SVC Support Package Collection

Use the management GUI to collect support packages from Storwize V3700 / V5000 / V7000, FlashSystem V9000 / 900 / 5000 / 5030 / 7200 / 9200 and SAN Volume Controller (SVC) systems. These examples show the common Download Support Package workflow; exact menus and available package types depend on the product and code level. The downloaded archive is typically named snap.*.tgz.

Sign in using the management (cluster) IP. Use the configured administrator account. The source lists legacy superuser / passw0rd defaults (digit zero); account setup differs by release.
For supported legacy nodes, the source describes locating the cluster IP by inserting an empty FAT32 USB drive into the first USB port for about a minute and reading the generated satask_result.html. Confirm USB service-assistant support for the specific model before using that procedure.
