HP EVA（P6000）通过 Command View 收集日志

HP EVA（StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array，后更名 P6000）通过管理服务器上的 Command View EVA 收集日志。完整的诊断包用“Capture System Information”生成；只需要事件日志时，也可以在“View events”中分别导出。

方法一：Capture System Information（推荐）

Command View 10.x

1. 登录 Command View EVA，在左侧点击 EVA 名称，在右侧记下该阵列的 Node World Wide Name（WWN），记最后 4 位即可。
2. 点击窗口左下角的“Settings”，在 P6000 Command View Management Properties 页面点击“Management Options”。
3. 点击页面底部的“Capture System Information”按钮。
4. 找到与第 1 步 WWN 对应的阵列，勾选“Controller Termination Events”“Controller Events”“Controller Configuration Dump”。
5. 点击右侧窗格顶部的“Capture System Information”按钮，等待收集完成后保存生成的 zip 文件。

Command View 9.x

1. 登录 Command View EVA，点击 EVA 名称，记下 Node World Wide Name。

   

2. 点击右上角的“Server Options”，再点击“Capture System Information”。

   

3. 在对应 WWN 的阵列下勾选“Command View EVA Management Server Events”“Controller Termination Events”“Controller Events”“Controller Configuration Dump”，点击页面顶部的“Capture Selected Information”。

   
4. 等待收集完成，提示时保存生成的 zip 文件。

收集过程中可能在同一页面停留较长时间，不要切换到其他页面，否则收集会中断，也不会再提示保存文件。

方法二：分别导出三类事件日志

1. 在 Command View 左侧点击 EVA 名称（如 EVA4400），在右侧点击“View events”。

   

2. 依次进入三类日志：Management Agent Event Log、Controller Event Log、Controller Termination Event Log。

   

3. 在每类日志页面点击“Get event file”，在弹出的下载框中选择“Save”保存。
