FAS25xx: e0a, e0b, e0M and e0P Ports Down

Source scope and symptom

The source lists FAS2520, FAS2552 and FAS2554. Node-management networking is unreachable and the port link LEDs are off. In the recorded case, e0M being down prevents collection of the expected AutoSupport evidence through that path; use available console/SP/support data rather than assuming every AutoSupport route is impossible.

The source attributes the combined symptoms to CHW-219 and calls for controller replacement. The matching public English CHW-219 description confirms Intel82580-related missing/failed-port symptoms; full remediation details may require vendor sign-in. Confirm the actual hardware fault, replacement unit and HA/service procedure before replacement. A single disconnected or administratively down port alone does not establish this fault.
