How to collect logs for the DS4200 using the Web-Based Interface (WBI)

1. Open the Web Based Interface (WBI).
2. In the lower left corner, locate the green arrow pointing upward. Left-click the arrow and select Save logs from the popup menu.
   

   

3. Complete the information in the required fields and click OK. The log downloads to your web browser.
