Steps to Clear Disk Link Error Counts

1. In DS Storage Manager, select the storage system and navigate to: Tools -> Execute Script

2. Copy the following command into the window

clear allDriveChannels stats;

reset storagesubsystem RLSBaseline;

reset storagesubsystem SOCBaseline;

Select menu item "Tools" -> "verify and Excute"

3. Copy the following command into the window

clear allDriveChannels stats;

set driveChannel[1] status=optimal;

set driveChannel[2] status=optimal;

Select menu item "Tools" -> "verify and Excute"

1. DS Storage Manager -> Select the storage -> Tools -> Execute Script

2. Execute the Command

clear allDriveChannels stats;

reset storagesubsystem RLSBaseline;

reset storagesubsystem SOCBaseline;

set driveChannel[1] status=optimal;

set driveChannel[2] status=optimal;

3. Menu:"Tools" -> "verify and Excute"
