MegaRAID Storage Manager (MSM) Collects RAID Controller Logs
The tool is applicable only to the Windows system.
Extract the files, locate setup.exe in the directory, and open it to install.
After installation, launch the application. It will automatically detect the machine's IP address. If the host cannot be found, enter 127.0.0.1 in Discover Host; the host should appear.
An error message may appear after detection. Close the prompt, then double-click the host to proceed.
Right-click the item. At the bottom, select save tty log. The process may hang momentarily; wait a few minutes.
Locate the exported file to confirm that the RAID controller logs have been saved successfully.
This software is also useful for certain Lenovo servers, such as R720 models. For specific model details, please consult Level 2 support.
