Log Collection and Inspection for HDS AMS2500 Series Storage
Introduction
This document discusses log collection and inspection methods for HDS AMS series storage.
Note: Applicable products include HDS AMS and HUS series storage, etc.
Log Collection Section
1. Log in to the management port IP address of AMS/HUS controller 0 via a browser.
2. Under Trace on the left, click the Simple Trace link.
3. Click OK according to the wizard, then the collection progress bar appears.
4. When Progress reaches 100%, a download prompt will appear.
Hardware and Environment Inspection Items

8 | Connection Cables | Check if power cables and fiber optic cables are connected normally | ||
9 | Data Center Environment | Check if there are any issues with the data center environment | ||
10 | Other Issues | Check if there are any other abnormal conditions | ||
11 | Management Console Error Messages | Check if there are any hardware error messages in the management console | ||
