1. Log in to the out-of-band BMC

After logging in, take a screenshot of the Health Summary interface, which contains the health status of all system components

1. Click each component. You can also try the left-side Inventory tab and the right-side System Information, and take screenshots of each component.

1. Download logs: Click Select Service > Download Service Data. After the pop-up message appears, select OK to download the logs.

Note: Due to differences in out-of-band firmware versions across devices, interfaces and options may vary. If you encounter different interfaces, refer to the options above for operation. In principle, the procedure remains unchanged: capture and save the machine's configuration, verify the machine's health status, and take screenshots and save the logs.
